Joanne Boice – Exploited and Terrorized ex-wife of Danny Boice of Trustify

Joanne Boice, married for nine years, was a reportedly faithful stay-at-home wife, and loving mother of two beautiful children. Her life was storybook until she found out her husband of nine years, Danny Boice, CEO of Trustify was having an affair with her best friend and married mother of two, Jennifer Mellon. Joanne's "friend," Jen Mellon became pregnant, and she then married Danny then after they were married, they both got divorced from their respective first spouses. According to Joanne Boice and several witnesses, since the divorce, Danny who lives in a $1.7 Million home, drives a Tesla, has servants, flies on private jets for luxury vacations, has a million dollar beach house, plays Joanne $700 per month in alimony and zero child support to a woman who had not had a job in 9 years. Danny who runs a company that has raised a reported $7 million in venture capital for a Private Investigative startup has sicked his Private Investigators on his wife. Matthew Pugsley is a conman and he Strikes Again

Matthew Pugsley is a conman. Not everyone knows this about him as evidenced by a phone call I just had with a friend. This buddy, who shall remain nameless, was recently at a cocktail party where he met a guy who had no idea Matthew Pugsley is a conman. Over drinks and small talk their conversation went something like this: Sucker: "So what do you do?" Friend: "I'm a Venture Capitlist." Sucker: "Really? I just made my first venture investment." Friend: "In what company?" Sucker: "A little company called Chalant Health. I don't know much about it or how they're doing but my boss invested six figures." <Awkward Silence as Friend struggles not to lose his drink through his nose> Friend: "You know you might want to google them." Hey Sucker, let me google that for you! Try this link. See how easy that was? Do you know what you would have learned had you done that before you stroked a check? Matthew Pugsley is a conman. Let me make this perfectly clear, Pugsley ain't no businessman. Pugsley ain't no saint. Pugsley ain't no upstanding citizen. Matthew Pugsley is a conman, and Chalant Health is a house of cards. This isn't Matt's first con. This isn't Matt's first company from which he embezzled...

Blockchain Blockheads

It happened with Crowd Funding, it happened with Beanie Babies, it happened with Tulips and it's happening now with cryptocurrency and blockchain. Whenever there is a new "Big Thing." Whenever it's going to be the "Next Big Thing." There's a group of know-next-to-nothings, willing to monetize a know-nothing's greed in order to profit from shit they do not understand. Now I'm not saying Blockchain isn't going to be big. I think it's going to be HUGE! I'm talking HUGE with a silent H. Yet, when there is a gold rush, there is a rush for charlatans to insert themselves between the greedy and their wallets. You can tell when a market is heating up with grifters when there are more conferences on the market then there are marketeers. Take the recent deluge of Blockchain conferences booking any speaker who can spell blokchain (which leaves me out and thus why I'm ranting here) filling the stage with myopic one-eyed men (which is an expression that leaves out one-eyed women or even the more woke one-eyed-they) that rush into these nascent (which is a word that I have no idea what it means but man doesn't it make me sound smart) in an effort to fleece...

Render To Ceasar And Perrelli of LifeFuels

It's easy to bash someone who has spent four years and five million dollars resulting in nothing like Jonathan Perrelli of LifeFuels has done. Up until yesterday after four years of work and after spending Five Million dollars, Perrelli of Lifefuels has developed the following significant important results: Reportedly raised $5 Million Dollars A 2016 Office Envy Award from the Crack Journalists at DC Inno (link here) - Because taking investor cash and spending it on a really cool office has always been proven to deliver superior investor returns...

Facebook Cry Babies

Ohhhhhh no! Facebook has too much psychographic information on me! How did they do that? I mean how did they get everything I gave them? Are you trying to tell me they're monetizing my data? I thought Facebook was a tax-supported, NGO, like the public library. I had no idea they had a business to run. I never thought that when I liked a post bashing my useless Congresswoman, Barbara Comstock, on Facebook that Facebook would know I did that and track that I hate people who hide from their constituents, are owned by the NRA, and support corporate interests over human interests. I thought when I post about her, that was a secret between Babs and me! Now, I come to find out Facebook knew I am angry with Barbara? Even though I typed all that stuff in lowercase which everyone knows is the same as whispering. Are you saying that if I don't pay for it, I'm the product, not the customer? Shit! Does that mean I'm the product of air? Do I need to opt out of free oxygen? Not because it's getting more polluted each day but does air have data on my nostrils and my lungs? Stop friggin whining! Shame...

3Si Phony VC

Everyone Who Knows Anything, Knows 3Si Phony VC is a Sham. Well, everyone except the local tech rags. With them, when it comes to that "knowing" thing, there appears to be a problem. These Tech "journalists" either don't know much or don't care about sharing letting what they know to get in the way of a story on deadline. The problem in DC is that too many of the "journalists" at rags like Technically DC and DCInno simply reprint bullshit without doing research. So when they post an article like this one, "WeWork’s veterans-in-residence program expands to DC," by Technically DC or this one, "The 10 Entrepreneurs in WeWork’s First D.C. Veterans in Residence Program," by DCInno the damage the very ecosystem of which they claim to be supporters. I reached out to one, count them, one, of the listed "Team Members" on the 3Si Web Page to ask about his relationship with 3Si. His response, "I Read your 3Si expo. I’m unfortunately linked with them and can’t seem to distance myself. One of the comments you posted came from my client. I Also have a second client that 3Si attempted to screw." I'm no journalist, yet, in doing a modest amount of research I...

Trustify High-Level Executive Turnover Screams Trouble

The Trustify High-Level Executive Turnover continues as a Senior Vice President with almost 3 years of tenor, leaves the firm. Here's an early slide adjusted to reflect turnover, used to raise money by Lying Thieving Danny Boice and Cruella Jennifer Mellon. These two Clownish Crooks are having trouble keeping the wheels on the Trustify Bus. This month, they add another Senior Vice President, Martin Garcia, to the list of potential cooperating government witnesses in an investigation into criminal activity and fraud. Take note of the Team Slide that Trustify used to raise money (see below). Due to Trustify High-Level Executive Turnover, this slide shows only three criminals left standing, Danny Boice and his wife Jennifer Mellon and one other loser. What's wrong Matt DeLeon? Matt Baby, are you as crooked as your bosses or are you just otherwise unemployable? Most of the folks who left this dumpster fire left for ethical reasons. But you're still there? Are you a crook too? When the authorities come in to bust this scam...

3Si Jason Feimster part 3

My 3Si introduction was in early 2017 when a friend, let's call him Joe, called me about a VC he was speaking with. I had been advising this friend for years. He's a great guy and in the last five years, he has been diligently building a great company that serves a social good. I love this guy (yes DC, Mr. Cranky doesn't hate everyone). Joe had recently pitched at a local venture capital pitch event where he met a big-time Venture Capitalist interested to invest in Joe's company. They had follow-up meetings after the event and 3Si confirmed they were hot to invest. I asked who he was speaking with at 3Si and he said, Jason Feimster. That was how Jason Feimster and 3Si first popped up on my radar screen. I told Joe I would do a little research and get back to him. I checked Angel List, checked Crunchbase, checked the 3Si website and all the data pointed to bullshit. The only portfolio company was a small company called Lifemarkers that had no investors with the exception of 3Si. The two principals of 3Si, Hard Weinstock, and Jason Feimster were the founders and management team of both Lifemarkers and...
